We pack every order with care from our family-owned store in Mount Gambier, and ship Australia-wide.

Our goal is simple: reliable delivery, clear expectations, and no unnecessary fuss.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate shipping Australia-wide
  • Free shipping on orders over $X (update as needed)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises.

Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (sales, holidays, new launches), dispatch times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post or courier networks, but as a general guide:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur outside of our control.

Click & Collect

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Mount Gambier area. If this option is active, you’ll see it at checkout with collection details provided after purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Earrings
  • Body care products
  • Sale items (unless stated otherwise)

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • The item you’d like to return
  • A brief reason for the return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
