Returns and exchanges can be made up to 14 days after receipt of your goods at buyers expense. Goods must have original tags and be in an unused and resell able condition. If you are returning garmemts please fold them neatly, keep swing tags intact and place in the original package. Unfortunately we cannot and will not accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.

When returning any items please send us an email at hello@gypsycomehome.net.au and ensure you include your name, phone number & order number. Please also include in your email if you would like a refund, exchange or credit. We will get back to you within 48 hours during weekdays with an instructions on how to return your order.

Gyspy Come Home is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using registered mail and keep your tracking number as a reference.
